We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team in Stanlow - Essar Refinery. This is a fixed term contract, with a start date of 16th September 2024, end date June/July 2025.
To Provide high quality day to day administrative support for the Site Manager, in a timely and efficient manner and in line with business requirements, company quality and business procedures.
- To provide a first point of contact for employees and handle communication
- professionally.
- Provide high quality administrative support solely for the project.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner and filed in
- accordance with agreed procedures.
- Administer and process weekly payroll timesheets and upload payroll into relevant
- systems for client invoicing including the use of Oracle.
- Provide reports as required on all elements of payroll processing.
- Handle daily enquiries and internal/external queries in a manner which meets both
- company procedures and expectations.
- Ensure all processing of paperwork is completed to the required company standard,
- specifically new starters, changes, and leavers.
- Update administration processes as directed to reflect any new internal controls and
- directives.
- Maintain Office Systems, including data management.
- Maintain and update database of candidate information for accurate and timely responses to recruitment requisitions.
