The Role

Working as part of the Pharma Services Quality Assurance department, the Global Quality Team Lead will be responsible for the management of the External Quality Team within Almac Pharma Services supporting the supplier and material management process across all global sites. The post holder will also be responsible for the global external audit schedule and will plan, audit, execute and report on the compliance of this program.

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including English Language and Maths
  • Level 5 qualification (or significant relevant experience)
  • Significant experience working within an established Quality System (e.g. GMP, ISO)
  • Must have a minimum 5 years GMP experience.
  • Previous Line Management Skills
  • Auditing Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in Quality Risk Management Principles.

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Bachelor's degree (or above) in a scientific (Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy) or technical (Engineering) discipline
  • Previous experience in writing and producing detailed reports.
  • Previous experience in a role involving supplier or service provider approvals.
  • Lead Auditor Certified
