Job Description :

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Manager to oversee the operations of our franchise locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple franchises, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales growth.

Duties:- Manage and supervise franchise operations to ensure compliance with company standards- Communicate effectively with franchisees to provide guidance and support- Implement sales management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability- Provide leadership and direction to franchise staff- Maintain administrative records and reports for each franchise location- Organise training sessions for franchisees to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:- Proficiency in multiple languages to facilitate communication with diverse franchisees- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Experience in supervising teams and leading by example- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous- Proven track record in sales management and achieving targets- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a franchising or similar environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,545.79-£58,386.29 per year
