About The Service An exciting opportunity has become available at Cardiff council and we are recruiting an Assistant systems administrator.
This role will support the social services directorate as they upgrade their case management software from CareFirst to Eclipse.
About the job Eclipse case management software will replace CareFirst which has been the case management software for social services in Cardiff council for a number of years.
This role will provide technical support in order to maintain the integrity and administration of the system and to assist in the maintenance/data cleansing of CareFirst and support the upgrade to Eclipse.
This role will contribute to the development of client record system training materials and provide training to users.
You will be required to develop and maintain course training material, training plans and processes maps taking into account the introduction of new procedures and/or new equipment/technology.
An essential part of this role will be to undertake the delivery of training through various mediums, e.g. online (Microsoft Teams) / e-learning / face to face with groups and individuals. Group sizes are varied.
What We Are Looking For From You We are looking for a highly organised, ‘can do' individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will need to work effectively as part of a team and be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the service.
You must have knowledge and experience of using a client record system.
