Job Responsibility:
Some of the main duties will include:
· Conducting market reviews for Health and Risk products - group and individual
· Preparing reports in a timely manner - including details of the review and with an appropriate recommendation of provider for Health and Risk products
· Provision of premium analysis to clients in respect of Health and Risk products - group and individual
· Scheme administration for the various Health and Risk products
· Re-broking including switching schemes
· Preparing files for Benefit Induction and Renewal/Review Meetings
· Reviewing documentation received from Insurers, checking for accuracy, and sending out to employees
· Preparing Employee Benefit Guides
· Assisting with the administration of Pension Plans
· Ensuring internal logs and systems are kept up to date
· Liaising with clients where appropriate via written correspondence and email
· Liaising with product providers to obtain quotations or policy information
· Taking responsibility for management of client files i.e. ongoing filing, diary notes chasing and reviewing
Additional Information
- 37.5 hours per week (09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch)
- Flexible approach required for this fast-paced international business
- Salary dependent on experience
- The role is based in East Malling, with some flexibility for some remote work
Essential Skills
· Relevant administration experience
· Proficient with the full Microsoft Office suite
· Self-motivated
· Strong organisation skills
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to maintain accurate and compliant records
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Skills
· Previous exposure to an Employee Benefits environment
· Experience with benefits software and platforms
· Financial services qualifications preferred, but not essential

The Company is a small, growing financial services business, specialising in, and managing bespoke employee benefit programmes for corporate clients. The target market is international companies setting up in the UK, mainly from the USA and Canada. The company is keen to engage with professional administrators who can demonstrate experience across the whole spectrum of Employee Benefits. The Company's offices are based on a small business park bordering East Malling and Ditton, with free on-site parking or walking distance from a bus stop with good connections to Maidstone and surrounding areas.
