· To generate viewing appointments on Lettings to generate applications to target levels.
· By registering all enquiries with care and attention to detail, build relationships of trust for recommendation to work whilst ensuring that every customer feels assisted and well advised.
· Generate feedback and deliver to landlords as part of a constructive advice regime that ensures our property stock is seen as being competitive.
· Register every new enquiry onto Alto after checking they pass referencing criteria.
· Impress every customer.
· Identify opportunities and book appointments.
· Secure valuations
· Reference tenant
Candidates must:
- Have previous experience
- Must hold a current driving licence and own of a motor vehicle
- Be smart in appearance, have pleasant phone manners
- Must be mature in attitude and motivated and able to work as a team in a fast moving environment

Responsibilities:- Perform data entry tasks using our software programs
- Process rents , pay landlords and contractors-- Manage and organise office documents, files, and records- Clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels- Coordinate meetings and events as needed- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Cover staff holidays
_ Carryout property inspections and viewings when needed
Experience:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role- Excellent organisational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
