Job Description :

Commercial Support, Europe In the Commercial Support role, you will be operationally reporting to the Sales Management team in Europe, ensuring open and clear communication within the sales team and functions within the Hub. Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

• Act as the first point of contact to customers by providing quotes and specifications and answering product inquiries including collecting information and providing basic technical support.
• Support the Sales sector with sales activities including but not limited to handling documentation, follow-ups, CRM updates, and generating leads.
• Create quotes and specifications in AX and IQS/CPQ.
• Handle price list and documentation (ensuring adherence to Authority Matrix; archiving).
• Guarantees issuing, coordination, and control.
• Coordinating OBP documentation and log.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling interruptions and in what can be a high stress environment.
• Overall adherence of policies and remaining compliant is key!

Qualifications, experience, and skills required for the role:

• Master/bachelor’s degree in sciences, Engineering, or Finance
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
• Excellent MS Office, Excel skills
• Well-rounded in ERP and CRM environment
