About us
Pittenweem Properties is an agency for Holiday Rentals within the East Neuk, working with owners and guests. We are seeking an office administrator for weekends (Saturday and Sunday) to support our existing team.
```Duties```We are seeking a reliable and organised administration assistant to join our team. Your duties will include communicating with customers via telephone, emails and booking systems, processing bookings and payments, maintaining accurate records relating to licensing requirement, invoicing and other administrative tasks as required.
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry- Maintain a clean and organized office area- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary- Assist with other operational duties as required
```Skills```To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong administrative and clerical skills- Previous experience in hospitality sector- Familiarity with IT systems such as Excel- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
*Full driving licence essential as all team members are expected to be able to travel to each of the properties we manage throughout the East Neuk as required. *
