Job Responsibility:

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store, leading a team, and driving sales to achieve targets.

Duties:- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management- Efficiently manage store operations and ensure compliance with company policies- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service- Implement administrative tasks such as inventory management and financial reporting- Utilise strong sales management skills to maximise profitability- Demonstrate expertise in retail management practices to enhance store performance- Provide leadership in team management, training, and development- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customer base

Experience:- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team towards achieving sales targets- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as inventory control and reporting- Sound knowledge of retail management principles and practices

-Fluent in Chinese and English

-Home furniture industry is preferred
