Job Responsibility:

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Duties- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development- Provide personal care to children, including feeding and changing- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to play and learn- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues- Monitor and assess children's progress, reporting any concerns- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and leadership skills

Qualifications- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is desirable- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written- Ability to drive is advantageous for outings or emergencies- Strong organisational skills to manage daily routines effectively- Passion for working in a nursery environment and supporting children's development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,670.00-£24,268.00 per year
