PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacy, GPs, and hospitals. All of our depots are licensed by the MHRA, and comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. We operate twice daily deliveries from our distribution centres across Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning, and our local teams are supported by a centralised function team, primarily from our Head Office in Runcorn.

About the opportunity:
About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Technician to join our team, working within our Depot Automation and Maintenance department at our Wakefield Depot.
Working as an Operational Technician, you will assist Technicians in daily issues and react on an operational level to ensure that the automation is operational and maintained to a high standard.
Who We Want: You will have experience working around conveyor systems or similar automation equipment and has a basic level of technical knowledge and skills in regards to tools and equipment.
Desirable to hold GCSE level C or above and be able to demonstrate excellent communication, time management, organising and attention to detail.

Pay
Base rate of £11.93 , and additional 20p uplift per hour for hours worked between 1600 and 2200 and a 25% uplift for hours worked between 2200 and 00.00.Sunday hours x 1.5 of base pay
Working Pattern
Week 1 - 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday
Week 2 - 1600 to 0000 Monday to Friday + Sunday - 0700 to 1200
Week 3 - 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday
Week 4 - 1600 to 0000 Monday to Friday + Sunday - 0700 to 1200
