Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with excellent organisational skills.
Duties:- Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service- Maintain shop cleanliness and tidiness- Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and assist callers with inquiries- Upsell products to customers to enhance their shopping experience- Organise shop displays and merchandise effectively
- Manage time efficiently to handle various tasks within the shop
Requirements:- Proven ability to interact positively with customers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
