Job Responsibility:

Location: Regent Street

Hours per week: 39 hours

Contract: Permanent

Reporting Manager: General Manager

Job Purpose Summary:

The role requires a highly skilled candidate with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and communication skills. They are responsible for keeping track of all new starters and leavers and completing admin for the store.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

· Data Entry- Entering all new starter data into the system. Also making sure all employee details are correct and up to date, new starters have been added, leavers have been processed

· Preparing paperwork- Preparing contracts & writing contract change letters

· Assisting with Recruitment when required- Supporting recruitment sessions by setting up the room and printing all interview forms. Also making sure to schedule Managers in for each session.

· Supporting Payroll when required- Ensuring all monthly timesheets are completed on time and sent to Managers to review

· In store Communication - Keeping the stores Noticeboards engaging and up to date
