Job Responsibility:

Spin UK Limited, is a well-established engineering company providing bespoke assembly and testing solutions for the automotive and industrial markets. We are a stand-alone arm of an international group delivering complex projects to blue chip companies globally.

We are adding to our busy administration team to ensure the smooth running of our expanding business. You will be working closely with our Operations Director to deliver a range of services to the business.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies for the company

- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain purchasing information

- Assist in managing inventory levels and reordering supplies as needed

-Quality systems administration

- Social media input

- Spare parts sales

- Shipping, domestic & international

- Domestic & international travel administration - Organising Visas, hotels, flights etc.

Skills:

We are looking to invite the right candidate to work within our administration department, primarily looking after the purchasing functions of the business, but also providing support for all business operations

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum A-C Maths and English

At least 3 years experience of purchasing essential, must be proficient with MS Office products with a high level of IT literacy to include knowledge of databases and precision in data recording.

On the job and external training will be provided where necessary.

This is a key role within the business working closely with all departments to ensure good co- ordination and continuity internally.
