Job Responsibility:

We are currently looking for Process Checkers for our site in Bromborough. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all products meet integrity and specification requirement whilst utilizing all tools and software available. You will be conducting all the production checks. This will include gas checks, average weight, metal detector, finish product integrity, product and OCM labelling, ACS conformance. You will be responsible for ensuring fat levels within out mince products are within specification and ensure product complies with one-page specifications and work with the line leader to correct out of specification products. You will be checking labels for accuracy against specification and product, including conducting double checks. As well as validating that the ingredients being added to products on the value-added lines are meeting the requirements. Conduct all checks required within the lines assigned to you, to ensure quality compliance for all of our customers and work in conjunction with production to ensure plan / orders are complete.
