Job Summary: MATERNITY COVER. We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be quick at learning, possess strong organisational skills, and have excellent phone manners. Full training will be given
Duties:- Perform daily duties, including data entry and filing- Manage office supplies and equipment- Coordinate with staff and clients via phone and email- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:- Proficiency in Zero for financial management- Excellent typing skills for data entry tasks- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity- Strong organisational abilities to manage office tasks effectively- Experience in clerical and administrative roles is advantageous - Ability to maintain a professional phone etiquette at all times- Skilled in general office duties such as filing and record keeping
