Job Responsibility:
Overview:We are seeking a meticulous and organised Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and possess excellent computer skills. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties:- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy- Utilise Excell and Tracktrade for programming works as required- Manage office correspondence and communications- Assist with clerical tasks to support office operations- Computerise information accurately and efficiently
Experience:- Proven experience in an administrative role- Proficiency in Sage for basic accounting functions- Strong computer skills, including data entry and use of Excell and Tracktrade- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively- Previous experience in office administration is desirable

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14,976.00-£17,472.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
