The Learning and Development Team are looking for someone to join our professional and friendly team. This roll is office based with the potential for hybrid working, days and exact working hours to be agreed but must be a minimum of 4 days per week. As our Learning Team Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing a flexible, efficient, professional and responsive administration service to internal and external customers.
  • Administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and providing support to system users.
  • Ensure processes and records are properly and professionally used and maintained.
  • Running and analysing reports
  • Manage the scheduling of learning events and end to end administrative process for in person and virtual training events.
The successful candidate will:
  • Be educated to GCSE Level A-C or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Have excellent time management, organisational, administrative, work prioritisation and IT (MS Office and electronic audit system) skills.
  • Be able to build external and in-house productive working relationships.
