CoolVan Ltd has a job opening for a Panel Press and CNC Operative

At CoolVan we manufacture and build a range of insulated panel vans to be sold throughout the UK. We take pride in the quality of our product and our workshops work to ISO9001:2015 standards.

You will work as part of a team working with a recycled foam product with laminate panels and some wood products.

Panels are bonded together using specific adhesives and transferred to a vacuum press.

Panels are transferred to a flat bed CNC machine for shaping and machining and you will be proficient in running a CNC.

Machines and work area are cleaned and maintained daily.

We are looking for well motivated and hard working team players to produce panels for the next department.

Experience using hand/power tools essential. Joinery/Carpentry background preferred.

Work Hours are 7.30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Barnoldswick, BB18 6BJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
