Essential criteria

• GCSE level A
• NVQ level 2 or above supervision experience
• IT Literate
• Racking safety awareness course

Desirable criteria

• Counterbalance forklift license

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse &supply chain environment,
• NHS experience
• Experience of effective communication skills when dealing with staff and user/customer
• Aisle master/Flexi/Bendi B1 forklift license

• Previously worked with quality management systems & logistics systems
• Counterbalance license
