About us
Our team previously founded, scaled and sold a technology company for $50M. We
started this new venture to solve the problems we faced during this process. Our aim is to
make the financial processes of starting, running and selling a business in the UK
easier.
We market ourselves as an accountancy firm for start-ups but we are a technology
company at heart. The firm we are building is the first customer for the Accounting,
Payroll & HR software we are developing to radically reduce the cost of servicing
clients.
We're looking for a Founders Associate to report directly into & support our CEO to scale our activities more broadly.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Standing in for the CEO in sales calls,
- Working with our Growth & Marketing team to grow our customer base
- Working with the accountancy team to support tasks such as book-keeping &
- payroll
- Documenting & scoping the work done with the accounting team to support our
- Software Engineering team in developing automation solutions.
- This is a generalist role where you will learn about all areas of business in a dynamic startup

This company was born out of our personal experiences with the shortcomings of traditional accountancy practices while running our first startup. After dealing with inefficient software and unreliable accountancies for 8 years, we believe it's time to tackle these challenges head-on.
In addition to having built an 8-figure startup before, our founders have been named on the Forbes 30 under 30 list and Maserati 100. Our team also has experience working at Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Financial Times, and Forward Partners.
Although we're just starting out, we already have dozens of clients such as several tech startups, agencies, Shopify stores, and a venture capital firm. We are on a mission to build great software while making turnover from day 0 using existing solutions. We have already proven many key hypotheses and are on a journey to building one of the UK's largest software businesses. This is a unique opportunity to join the ride early on, take lots of ownership, and have fun building great services and products with great people.
