Job Responsibility:

EBCF are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to lead our Customer Service Course Level 1 and Level 2. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a thorough understanding of customer service. The Tutor will design and deliver engaging and informative course content, provide guidance and support to participants, and assess their progress throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• To plan, prepare and teach face to face courses for adults.
• You will also be expected to use information on students' starting points, such as initial assessments, to plan teaching and learning.
• Participating in the enrolment and induction of students
• Design customised learning programs to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• To provide appropriate student feedback and support and educational advice and information where necessary, and to create an appropriate and welcoming atmosphere for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Essential Criteria

• L3 (or above) Education and Training teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, PTTLS or equivalent)
• Prior Teaching Experience (2 years minimum)
• Relevant sector knowledge
• Based in the UK, with the Right to work in the UK.
• Available for face-to-face sessions
• Ability to travel between both EBCF venues as/when required JET Shop (B8 1LY) / Summerfield Community Centre (B18 4EJ)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
