Looking for a new, exciting role in a growing crafts business? We could make the perfect match! Caterpillar Cross Stitch was founded in 2015 to design, manufacture and distribute modern cross stitch kits and supplies throughout the world.

With our customers at the heart of all that we do, it is our mission to help people learn a new craft and find joy through cross stitch. SPECIFICS:

• Office based in Honiley, Warwickshire CV8 1NP on a rural business park.
• The successful candidate will have a full UK driving license and have their own car.
• Full-time hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (30 minute lunch break) part-time working considered
• Full time salary £24,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience
• Additional benefits include pension scheme, paid statutory holidays, generous staff discount and social events

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ years' experience in graphic design
• A degree or equivalent in graphic design or a similar subject
• Proficient with Canva and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• A passion and knowledge of cross stitch and the crafts industry

PREFERED SKILLS:

• Photography
• Video editing
• Experience with eCommerce / Shopify
• Strong IT Skills - including Microsoft Office and Zoho email

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and produce high-quality digital assets
• Conceptualise, design and develop cross stitch patterns
• Market research into design trends within the crafts sector
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and online ads.
• Design and upload website graphics
• Create video content for social media
• Ensure all content is consistent in style, and quality and adheres to brand guidelines.
