Job Responsibility:

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all recovery activities, including job allocation and call handling.

Duties:- Manage drivers and jobs- Monitor and analyse workloads and customer service- Planning booked jobs and forward thinking- Coordinate staff- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions- Ensure compliance

Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Proficiency in Apex RMS Recovery Software as well as Excel and Email Software- Experience in the recovery industry ESPECIALLY dealing with commercial breakdowns- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced environments

Salary dependant on experience and skillset

Hours are Mon-Fri 6am-6pm. No weekends. No overtime.
