This is a senior business development role contacting high net worth / sophisticated investors, promoting our company on Banking Fintech, Real Estate and Funds.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Corporate Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing our corporate finance activities, including financial planning and analysis, capital budgeting, investment analysis, and strategic financial decision-making. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate investment opportunities.

- Oversee the capital budgeting process, including assessing investment proposals, analyzing ROI, and making recommendations to senior management.

- Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to optimize financial performance.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support long-term strategic planning.

- Lead due diligence efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments that may impact the company's financial position.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field, with at least 8 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.

- Deep understanding of financial principles, valuation techniques, and corporate finance concepts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and delivering value in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- CFI, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
