We are looking to welcome customer focused Warehouse Sales Assistants to join our amazing Fulfilment team in Exeter, where it's a Wonderful Workday. We are looking for someone with a passion for standards and an eye for detail. Expected Starting Date: 13th July 2024 Interviews between: 26th June - 3rd July WHAT WE OFFER
- £12 hourly rate
- Living Wage Foundation Employer
- 16 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
- Working between 8am - 8:30pm
- Flexibility on availability to be discussed during interviews
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- You provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers
- You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings
- You will be working on recovering the shop floor to ensure standards are maintained, You will be filling add-ons to support store sales‘
- You are always passionate about the range and home furnishings, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
- You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop
- You will have a combination of administrative work, meeting the customer and preparing for next days delivery. This is a physical role which involves manual handling and walking throughout the store.
