About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth area of Ocado Retail - our supplier advertising proposition. Ocado Retail already has a mature supplier advertising proposition, but is looking to significantly expand this by opening new advertising channels for suppliers, while leveraging the latest ad technologies. The ideal candidate should have some experience working with large FMCG companies to help identify the right media opportunities (e.g. as an Account Manager), have a good understanding of digital media (on retailer website or off retailer website), be a self-starter to help identify business opportunities, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing and expanding accounts of our largest suppliers, leveraging multiple Ocado built media capabilities that offer brands the opportunity to engage with relevant customers at the right time. • Develop market leading media strategies for our largest suppliers that take full advantage of omni-channel activations to drive performance against key supplier objectives
• Take accountability for growing revenue incrementally YoY, securing greater investment in existing channels and leading conversations with suppliers on newly developed propositions for Test & Learn budgets
• Be an expert in all aspects of the media proposition, best aligning media plans to the correct audiences / channels and helping suppliers understand the benefits of each
• Deliver measurement reports back to suppliers to demonstrate impact of advertising campaigns
• Collect clear and concise feedback from suppliers on proposition, identifying areas that require development and communicating this back to the relevant teams
• Be aware of competing solutions in the retail media market and beyond to best deal with challenges from suppliers on why to invest with Ocado
• Develop deep relationships with marketing teams at suppliers and internal stakeholders at Ocado Retail

Who You Are

• Proven track record of independently building successful end-to-end media plans, leveraging digital channels
• Experience of working with all objectives within full marketing funnel
• Project management skills to oversee roll out of created media plans, ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to ensure best in class delivery
• Experience in owning and growing sizeable yearly budgets, with clear revenue reporting and forecasting back to business
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excited to problem-solve on new topics (our team is trying to define the frontier of retail media - so some questions will have no standard industry answers)
• Ownership attitude - able to identify new issues and help solve from start to finish
