We have an exciting opportunity for a Administration Lead to join our team at HMP Bure, a category C Prison located in Norfolk

Hours

The site currently offers a Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Salary

This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £36,000 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing

As a Administration Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • We're looking for an Administration Lead to take charge in ensuring provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial services for the Practice Plus Group healthcare delivery on site.
  • This role leads the Administration Team in all managerial functions, including HR, training, competency and efficiency.
  • You would be pivotal in facilitating the effective management of clinics and rota template, monitoring DNAs/cancellations and duplicate/ ineffective use of clinics; ensuring all referrals are managed efficiently and all data is available and up to date at all times.
  • You'll also be responsible for supporting the Head of Healthcare in the preparation, distribution and recording of complaints.

  • The successful candidate will have an NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with diary management and maintenance of databases and Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous, as well as the ability to prioritise workload /ability to delegate appropriately

Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
