The role As an Archives and Administration Team Leader, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will ensure the effective, qualitative, and timely delivery of all tasks and responsibilities undertaken by the entire Technical Compliance TIC/Administrative team so that all performance objectives are met to the satisfaction of the internal and external stakeholders and in support of AC06.

Day-to-day, you'll assist with administration support for the Department and certain customer related administration work. You will also:

  • Management of the Technical Compliance TIC/Administration Team
  • Assist the Senior Management Team in maximising the utilisation and the efficiency of all the Departments resource.
  • Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the Company's cost, time and quality requirements.
  • Implementation of the Company Safety, Quality and Environmental policies in the Technical Compliance TIC/Administrative Team ensuring that assessments of risks are carried out which lead to safe working attitudes and practices.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Archives and Administration Team Leader

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Business Applications, e.g., CONCUR, IFS, BMS, Vault, SAP
  • Minute taking, Diary Management
  • Fully conversant with activities in the provision of a document management service
  • Competent and experienced in managing the conduct of administration procedures and processes.

Qualifications for the Archives and Administration Team Leader

  • Standard Grade English and Maths Level 3 or Equivalent
  • Experience in an Administrative Environment
  • ILM Level 3 or Equivalent
  • Workforce Wellbeing
  • IFS Training Modules
