Job Description

The Executive Office team provides support to the C suite members of the company in the form of diary management, travel & accommodation, arranging meetings, writing emails & articles, preparing for Board meetings and much more. It is a very exciting team to be a part of!

In addition to this, our team is also responsible for organising events within the business, from small team gatherings to company-wide parties and offsites.

As we work closely with every team at Gousto, we are often the first port of call when someone has a query.

The PA to the LT will be responsible for providing comprehensive business and personal support to 3 members of the Leadership Team, and assist with the preparation of large events across the business including the Summer and Christmas party. This is an exciting role; demanding and extremely varied with the opportunity to make a positive impact across the company. We are looking with someone with extensive experience who is able to hit the ground running and use their own initiative to set themselves up for success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with complex diary management of busy and ever-changing diaries. Being able to prioritise calls/meetings.

  • Acting as the Gatekeeper to diaries, establishing yourself as an extension of the LT member and therefore the first point of contact in many cases. Protecting their time when necessary.

  • Responding to emails on behalf of the LT member and as the LT member.

  • Preparing documentation for new team members and providing them with an onboarding plan.

  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, greeting external attendees and providing refreshments.

  • Arranging flights, trains, accommodation, taxi transfers and restaurant reservations.

  • Drafting communications and agendas.

  • Preparing presentations and documents.

  • Organising quarterly team events in and out of the office and assisting with the presentations required.

  • Organising monthly/quarterly team celebrations as required.

  • Assisting with company-wide events, such as Summer and Christmas parties.

  • Managing holiday requests (LT's own and their teams).

  • Making ad-hoc restaurant and venue reservations.

  • Arranging birthday, anniversary and celebratory gifts as required.

  • Working on Ad hoc projects.

  • Personal assistance where required.
