Job Responsibility:

DP World is presently looking for a Product Delivery Team Administrator to join our operational commercial team. This person will assist in providing our customers with supply chain services, which include operational planning and delivery of products and services linked to road, rail and merchant storage, all while providing excellent customer service. Our ideal applicant will have outstanding administrative and organizational skills, the ability to communicate with people from every aspect of the business and our customers, and the capacity to think quickly to handle any difficulties that arise.

About The RoleHow will you contribute:

  • Strategically plan and execute the various products/services generated by Product Development Managers and assist with running trials for new products/services
  • DWUK Supply Chain current products and services include - management and planning of warehouse deliveries for unloading/loading, managing rail bookings and deliveries, merchant storage options including inventory management and delivery arrangements
  • Plan and manage external haulage plan for various customers using multiple external haulage providers for collections/deliveries
  • Provide a quick and concise haulage quoting and tracking service
  • Management of in-house transport service between Port and adjacent Logistics Park providing daily internal transport shunts to a labour pool of drivers
  • Plan internal haulage delivery timetables maximising Yard, Labour, and Equipment efficiencies
  • Manage and arrange equipment maintenance/servicing with third parties
  • Build and grow customer relationships and understand individual customer key priorities and understand required KPIs
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments
  • Manage and process operating costs and generated revenue dependent on customer service agreements
  • Provide monthly reports

What will you Bring.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years' administration/organisational experience
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate an eagerness and willingness to learn
  • Able to communicate both verbally and written
  • Excellent team player
