SShakespeare's Globe is looking for a Education Producing Administrator to join our Education team

This role ensures the effective and efficient running of daily Education activities through administrative and organisational support, with particular focus on families and young people's events, research activities and educational hires. The Education Producing team share responsibility for programming public-facing Education activity, alongside site-wide space bookings. This role assists this activity planning, supporting the effective use of workshop spaces and public areas, creating and updating space bookings, responding to issues, and ensuring colleagues are aware of work taking place.
The skills: The ideal candidate will have good time management and organisational skills, with an understanding of task prioritisation, especially when working to deadlines. They will have experience of communicating effectively with a wide range of people, with the ability to welcome individuals from a range of backgrounds to activities. Skills will include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, the ability to work well in a team, a willingness to learn and be open to new ideas, and the ability to respond calmly to challenging situations.

We run a year-round programme of activities, courses and events for schools, families, young people, universities, drama schools, scholars and the general public, both on and off-stage. Activities are aligned with values of social justice, access and SShakespeare for all, delivered across the Education Producing, Higher Education, Learning and Research & Collections teams.
