Job Responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor
- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries- Utilise computer systems to look up parts and check inventory- Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
```Requirements```
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory management- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively- Ability to maintain a clean and organised work area- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders- Ability to work well in a team environment
