RJ Lifts Group is a Lift and Escalator maintenance company operating UK wide with a large network of engineers and technicians. We are based in Staffordshire and are looking for an Service & Breakdown Adviser to work within our Breakdown Support Team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join this fast-growing well-respected lift services company and would suit someone open to develop there skills in Customer Service, with a positive attitude to develop relationships with our customer base, and delivering a excellent customer journey. Customer Service is Paramount to our Business.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 45.00 hours per week (42.5 Worked per week with 30 minutes unpaid lunch per day); worked between Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm, Typically shifts of 08:00am to 17:00 pm.
Holidays: 22 days + ALL UK Bank Holidays (30 days holiday)
'On Call' Phone Allowance:£200 PCM supplement paid once trained, for covering the 'out of hours' call out phone. To be worked Friday to Friday on a rota system, increasing your salary to £2,400.00 Per Annum.

The main tasks are:
- Providing a focused and friendly service to all customers when taking calls, emails, and assisting with queries and scheduling works. Being sure to follow GDPR and Protecting Data at all time via all communications.
- Dispatching engineers to client sites, using our internal telematics systems. A good knowledge of the UK and Ireland for locations is beneficial.
- Updating clients with updates, ETA's and daily reports.
- Maintaining secure, efficient and accurate digital filing systems.
- Taking messages where appropriate and ensuring these are recorded accurately and that SLA's met
- Being happy to be included in an out of hours call out phone rota, (Monday to Monday 10pm till 7am).
- Handling a range of enquiries from customers by both telephone and email and recording this accurately and ensuring all details are recorded accurately and correctly.
- Updating our internal systems with diary events to trigger calls and appointments to customers and/or producing documents/correspondence as required as all our customers has a wide range of needs and requirements to for fill.
- Maintaining an acceptable level of Industry and product knowledge by keeping up-to-date with developments across our business and customer network.
