The Role : Based at our UK Head Office in Ashbourne, you'll play a vital role in supporting and growing customer relationships. As a Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customer enquiries—qualifying leads, managing rental and demo requests, and helping deliver tailored solutions that meet real-world needs. This is a great opportunity to combine customer service expertise with commercial focus in a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer sales enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms

  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions aligned with our product offering

  • Build lasting relationships with customers, supporting long-term business growth

  • Qualify and assess leads based on budget, project scope, and timeline before passing to the wider sales team

  • Manage the rental and demo equipment process, ensuring systems are updated and all items are prepared to high standards

  • Support the sales team with admin tasks, quote preparation, and order follow-ups

  • Proactively solve problems and help streamline internal sales processes
