Job Responsibility:
```Duties```- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports- Maintain office supplies and inventory- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
```Requirements```- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Ability to type accurately and efficiently- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred- Must be computer literate and comfortable using various office equipment
