About the role:

As Receptionist/Office Administrator at Wings School Notts, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. This is an extremely varied role which includes managing all telephone call via the switchboard in a polite, efficient and professional manner, ensuring that all messages are recorded and passed on to relevant staff accurately, and in a timely fashion. You will be the first person to greet visitors to site and issue visitor passes, checking ID cards and ensuring they are aware of health and safety processes in case of emergency. You will be involved in diary management, maintaining training records and providing administrative assistance to the Office Manager & Senior Leadership Team.

About you:

Ideally, for this role we are looking for someone that has experience working in a busy office environment. You will possess a pleasant telephone manner and have the ability to liaise effectively with many stakeholders. You will be highly organised and pay great attention to accuracy of work. You be confident in using commonly used IT applications (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and be happy to work both independently and as part of a team. Along with being able to prioritise workload and manage deadlines you will understand the need for and importance of discretion and confidentiality within the role.
