Join Angloville, a leading provider of cultural and language exchange programs in Europe and the UK. This summer 2024, we're bringing Polish Juniors to explore London's attractions. Join us as an ESL Teaching Assistant, you'll serve as a language partner, mentor, and activity leader to Polish Juniors seeking to enhance their English skills. No formal teaching experience necessary — just bring your enthusiasm for conversation, educational activities, and multicultural experiences, all while exploring the best of London. Their evenings will be spent with host families. Join us in fostering cross-cultural connections and language development in a dynamic setting.
Job Role:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to support Polish Juniors in enhancing their English conversation skills and fostering an understanding of English culture and history during visits to various tourist attractions in London. As part of the program, you will serve as a language partner, mentor, and activity leader for Polish Juniors. Working with groups of juniors, you will engage in conversations, lead games, and facilitate educational exercises to create a multicultural learning environment.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about gaining experience in TEFL or ESL teaching assistance, eager to enrich their CV and skillset. This is a temporary assignment lasting 4 weeks or more, requiring availability on the specified dates starting June 24th to 23rd August.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: £12 per hour
- Transport costs refunded max £15 per day
- Lunch will be provided
- Working Hours: 10am - 3pm
- Working Week: Monday to Friday (Tue-Fri or Wed-Sat)
- All entries and ticket prices paid by Angloville
- FREE accredited TEFL qualification (market value £264)

Essential Job Requirements:We will only consider those applicants that fulfil most of the following requirements:
- C1, C2 level English
- Available during the temporary assignment dates:
- You have a TEFL (TESOL, CELTA or equivalent) or will complete one before joining
- Clear criminal record - mandatory for working with Juniors
