Job Responsibility:

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Event & media Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of various events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet objectives.

Responding to emails.

Talking pictures for social media and website.

Responding to google, trip advisor and internal reviews.

Posting on social media accounts

Planning upcoming events for guests… birthdays, wakes, etc

Planning pub upcoming events… pub quiz, music nights, other events

Planning and writing newsletters

Creating flyers/posters

Creating specials menus and uploading on socials

Updating simple website changes

Working in the restaurant with a team front of house and working with kitchen staff to help exposure of business.

Job role may update and change when needed.

Requirements:- Proven experience in event management or related field- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail- Proficiency in IT tools for event planning and promotion- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Exceptional time management abilities- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently- Understanding of market trends and audience preferences- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Experience in project management is advantageous
