Positive Steps Care & Support Ltd are looking for experienced support workers in the Truro region with passion and commitment in providing person centred care to join our outstanding organisation to support people with varying complex needs.
We have various waking nights available in Truro and surrounding regions.
To enable support, responsibilities include:
Assisting and encouraging with personal care routine.
Assisting with the administration of medication.
Assisting with all aspects of the persons daily living.
Assist to access the community.
Requirements for this position:
The successful applicant will be an active, enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude who is prepared to make a difference to the people we support.
Must have health and social care experience. Trained and experience in Tracheostomy care.
We look for confident, outgoing, innovative individuals who can enable and support the people who use our service.
A full clean driving licence is required.

You will have a dedicated Care Manager and access to our 24 hour On-call service with ongoing training and supervision. There are friendly and knowledgeable staff in head office who are always happy to assist.
