Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in upselling, and possess excellent time management abilities. If you are multilingual, possess basic maths skills, and have a passion for selling, we would love to hear from you. Jewellery retail experience required

Duties:

– Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs- Utilise upselling techniques to increase sales- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately- Maintain a clean and organised store environment- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries- Process online orders and arrange deliveries

Skills:

– Excellent communication skills- Proficiency in upselling techniques- Strong time management abilities- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage- Basic maths skills for handling transactions- Proven ability to sell products effectively- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is desirable- Knowledge of phone etiquette- Organisational skills for maintaining a tidy store

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
