Lemon Army Talent Agency is seeking a part-time TikTok Live Influencer Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing talented influencers for TikTok Live campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the TikTok platform, influencer marketing landscape, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and recruit TikTok influencers for live campaign opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and secure partnerships.

- Collaborate with the talent management team to ensure the success of influencer campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

- Earn a 2% commission on all recruited influencer earnings on a recurring basis.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent recruitment, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and influencer landscape.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

- Part-time position with flexible hours.

- Payment at minimum wage for 8 hours per day.

- Earn a 2% commission on recruited influencer earnings.
