Supported Live in Manager

Overview:We are seeking a Supported Live in Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supported living facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, culinary services, and leadership to provide exceptional support to residents.

Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities within the supported living facility- Supervise staff members and ensure adherence to policies and procedures- Provide assistance and support to residents with daily living activities- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents- Oversee meal planning, preparation, and service in collaboration with the kitchen team- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness- Implement activities and programmes to enhance residents’ quality of life

Experience:- Previous experience in a leadership role within a hotel, hospitality, or similar setting- Proficiency in culinary skills with knowledge of kitchen operations- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team- Familiarity with restaurant management practices and food safety standards- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, staff, and families
