About us

Kitchenality are the first Macclesfield kitchen showroom to be based in the exclusive Arighi Bianchistore to showcase and sell bespoke, luxury kitchen design and exquisite ranges. All our kitchen products are made either by our German kitchen partner Rempp, an entirely unique product within todays kitchen marketplace, or our British manufacturer offering a traditional hand built kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Showroom cover on Sundays with a possibility of some extra days in the week when busy.

- Meet and great clients who are browsing the showroom.

- Take new leads. If someone shows interest in our kitchens.

- Make sure the showroom is clean and tidy by wiping surfaces, hoovering and mopping the floor.

- Filing paperwork in the showroom office.

- Typing out documents if needed.

- Liase with other staff regarding footfall and other duties.

- Write engaging blogs each month.

- Manage and create content for our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram).

-Contribute ideas and content for social media marketing.

Requirements

Must have:

- Comunication is a key, we would need someone who is happy to chat with our current and future clients.

- Be proactive.

- We don't require previous knowledge in the kitchen industry, however would like someone who is willing to learn.

Desired:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service.

-Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

-Flexibility to cover additional shifts where possible.

This role is temporary beginning in late August/September until March 2025. There is a possibility of a more permanent role dependant on business requirements and your performance.
