We are looking for a qualified, experience Paralegal, who will be a key part of a small and busy legal team supporting the team through key projects and investigations within the business.

Role Accountabilities

Paralegal support to the legal team on all aspects of market Investigations. Coordinating and collating responses to Requests for Information, Data Requests and written submissions. Undertaking Internal Document discovery exercises. Performing detailed document reviews. Ensuring that submissions to the investigative authorities comply with their submission requirements. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of the Investigation. Providing other paralegal support to the Group as required.

Your Skills and Experience

Relevant law degree. Practical, efficient with excellent attention to detail. Excellent administration skills. Prior paralegal experience with strong preference for candidates with experience of CMA investigations or other regulatory compliance activities. Litigation and/or investigation experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable and friendly manner. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and be organised. A team player who knows when to ask for guidance from more senior members of the team. Enthusiastic, bright, self-starter who is eager to take on new challenges. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
