Scunthorpe, hybrid working

We're looking for a Trading Support Assistant to join us at Nisa and support our trading team. In this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and going into the office at least twice a week (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

As a Trading Support Assistant you'll manage and complete the daily administration of product data. We'll look to you to provide support to our trading team within our Nisa business, giving you the opportunity to work in a variety of different workstreams and projects.

What you'll do

  • Manage a shared inbox, answering any queries from customers or internal colleagues
  • Produce reports for the trading teams, including weekly margin and compliance tracking
  • Manage data compliance between Co-op and Nisa
  • Upload and manage pricing files
  • Co-ordinate range reviews with Nisa and Co-op
  • Manage the allocation and implementation of a range of products and respond to customer queries when they arise
  • Manage the loading and reporting of deals within our platform
  • Complete customer payments and respond to related queries when they arise
  • Work closely with trading and marketing teams on seasonal events and brochures

This role would suit people who have

  • Good administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to use Microsoft Office programmes, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to communicate with colleagues, partners, and customers at all levels
