About the role
It's an exciting time to join us here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. We're looking for a talented individual to join our Identity and Access Management Team to support us in the provisioning and deprovisioning of access for centralised applications. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing: - Working on Service Now tickets, a variety of applications and to agreed timelines
- Provision user access to applications that have been centralised
- Deprovision user access from applications that have been centralised, including leaver requests
- Support IAM related incidents
- Assist with monitoring of leaver requests, ensuring that approvals are done
- Set up of new starters in specific domains
- Helping to drive improvements to access management
- Ensuring IT systems are administered in compliance with AXA IAM policies and standards

About you
What we're looking for: - In-depth knowledge of computer systems and their operations
- Knowledge of IAM principles and standards
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to manage a variable workload with tight deadlines
- Understanding of ServiceNow is desirable but not essential
- Experience of work request/IT processes would be beneficial
- Good analytical skills
