The successful Assistant Manager should:

• Have a least 2 years experience in an appropriate role
• Be proactive and keen to develop skills within the team
• Be leading by example, motivating staff, and fostering a positive work environment to promote teamwork and productivity
• Have a passion for great service and customer experience
• Be responsible for maintaining consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
• Be able to support the general / restaurant manager in various administrative tasks, such as cash up, stock take, stock orders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
• Have knowledge of wine or willingness to gain the needed knowledge

Pay: £29,950.00-£33,500.00 per year
