Position: Assistant for Car Dealership Operations

Location: Poole, UK

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Preparation: Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and prepared for sale, maintaining our high standards of quality.

• Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks, including inventory management, paperwork, and coordination of vehicle displays.

• Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, providing a friendly and professional experience.

• General Operations: Support the daily operations of the dealership, including administrative tasks, maintaining a tidy showroom, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in the automotive industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

• Valid UK driving license.
