We are looking for a motivated Events and Marketing Sales Assistant to join our energetic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Engage with customers at events, providing product information and demonstrations to drive sales.
- Actively participate in direct sales activities, promoting products and services in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve event outcomes.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop new promotional ideas and strategies.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
- Report on sales performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- Represent the company and its clients positively, ensuring brand integrity during all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or event promotion is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident in engaging with the public.
- Strong sales ability with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £24,234.00 per year
