We are looking for a motivated Events and Marketing Sales Assistant to join our energetic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers at events, providing product information and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Actively participate in direct sales activities, promoting products and services in a persuasive and professional manner.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve event outcomes.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop new promotional ideas and strategies.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
• Represent the company and its clients positively, ensuring brand integrity during all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or event promotion is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident in engaging with the public.
• Strong sales ability with a focus on achieving results.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £24,234.00 per year
